The most disrespected, unprotected and neglected person in the world is the black woman. Even though slavery ended, acceptance never started. It’s sometimes difficult to cope with the fact that some people will never take you serious. Luckily you are not alone!

Melanin Mona is an online platform where black women unite and support each other. Together we can keep our heads up and face our problems with confidence. The world doesn’t define us, only we can do that!
